Prof. (Dr.) Ramesh Chandra Rath is an eminent Professor & academician of international repute in the field of Management Education (Mkt. &HR) and Clinical Psychology. He has served 27 years of Service in various Government Colleges and Universities of Odisha and abroad. He obtained his Post Graduate Degree in Clinical Psychology, from SCB, Medical College, Cuttack, Affiliated to Utkal University, Vanivihar, Bhubaneswar, and his MA in Psychology from Sambalpur University, from Sambalpur University, Concurred his MBA Degree from Delhi University in 1996, Concurred his Ph.D., Degree, from the faculty of Management Studies “Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi” in 2000 on the area of research “Green Marketing & Supply Chain Management”(Marketing Management) and Concurred his Post- Doctorate Degree (D.Litt.) from Patna University Patna, Bihar in the year 2003,on the area of “Advanced physiology and Criminology ”. Awarded Fellowship in Management from Eudoxia Research University, New Castle, USA in 2022. Presently working as the principal at SVIM, Bhubaneswar, affiliated to BPUT, Rourkela, and Odisha and approved by AICTE, Govt. of India. Dr. Rath has guided Seventeen Ph.D. research scholars from various universities in the area of Green Marketing & Supply Chain Management, Consumer Behaviour, Organizational Behaviour, Production & Operational Management, etc. There are 42 International journals and 37 National Journals with two books of publication in his credit. Besides that, he is acting as a member of editorial boards of many reputed National and International Journals like IEEE, IEOM, IJCEM, IJEBM, IJSR, IJSER, Science PG, Springer, and Elsevier for reviewing papers, Conference Proceedings, etc. In addition to that, he has been invited as an External Examiner for Ph.D. thesis evaluation, Grand VIVA-VOCE (Ph.D.) for many universities of National and International repute and he has 65 Ph.D. thesis examined as an external examiner. Again he has been invited as Resource Person, key-note speaker, and Session Chair for various International and National Conferences, Seminars, workshops, etc in India and abroad,
